Instant Backlinks - How I Create Instant Backlinks
69Someone asked a question on another website that they wanted to create instant backlinks to their blog. They wanted to know the fastest ways of getting backlinks. I answered the question there and am writing a hub about it here also. So, let's see what we can do to get a few instant backlinks to our hubs or blog-pages.
Blog Commenting
An extremely easy method of getting quick backlinks is through blog commenting. All you have to do is find a few DOFOLLOW blogs in your niche and leave comments. Please note that Google is looking for natural backlinking trends, so I would add a few NOFOLLOW backlinks to make it look more natural.
Anyways, you can find DOFOLLOW blogs by searching for the term "dofollow blogs directory" or "list of dofollow blogs" without quotes. Long insightful comments will have a higher approval rate.
Social Bookmarking
Digg - If your submitted story can make it to the homepage, you would get thousands of visitors in a matter of few hours. But it is really hard to get your story to the front page due to a number of factors.
StumbleUpon - It is relatively easy to bring traffic from SU as compared to Digg. Once one of my submissions got famous there and in return I got a few thousand visitors from SU. However, Digg is known to bring more traffic to its front page stories than SU.
Revenue Sharing Websites
RitePad - Write just 100 words of original content and get a DOFOLLOW backlink. In addition to this, you also get 80% of the total ad impressions on your content. Join RitePad
InfoBarrel - Write a 300 word original post on IB, and you can place a maximum of two external links. They also share 75% of the ad impressions with you on your content. Join InfoBarrel
RSS Feeds
Submit your blog's RSS feeds to RSS feed directories. Most of them will approve your feed instantly. Search for the list of RSS feed directories in Google.

Blog commenting works. Comment luv used to have a search function where you could find comment luv sites within your niche. Made it so easy to find the right blogs to comment on and get some follow back. They discontinued that search function but there are still ways to find sites of interest.

Short, but straight to the point. Nice to learn something new about RitePad and InfoBarrel. Writing short posts on those sites and including backlinks sounds like a great linking strategy.
Neilgram, glad you liked my suggestion about these sites. Good thing about both of these is that they also share revenue with you. And one can easily write 10 posts on RitePad in a day as the minimum word count needs to be just 100 words.

Wiseoldaccountant, a backlink is simply a hyperlink or URL that points to your hub or website, like we have links pointing to ritepad and infobarrel above in this article.
DOFOLLOW backlinks are crawled and indexed by Google and other search engines. NOFOLLOW backlinks are not crawled by search engine spiders.
Although DOFOLLOW backlinks are more important than NOFOLLOWS, but one must build some NOFOLLOW links also to give their link building a natural look.
